Hamid Ayub operates on high-trust, elite performance engagements. Because our work involves immediate intellectual property transfer and deeply integrated engineering allocation, we maintain strict policies regarding refunds and cancellations to protect both our time and your outcomes.
1. The Engineering Partnership (Subscriptions)
Our main retainer ("The Engineering Partnership") is a monthly subscription service.
- Cancellation: You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. When cancelled, we will continue delivering work until the end of your current active billing cycle.
- No Prorated Refunds: Because capacity is blocked out exclusively for you when a cycle begins, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused days.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If, within the first 7 days of your very first subscription month, you determine the cadence does not fit your operational style, you may request a cancellation and we will issue a full refund, provided no major architecture IP (like deployed infrastructure or proprietary code engines) was already transferred.
2. Fixed-Price Projects & MVPs
For milestone-based or custom fixed-price engagements (such as MVP Development or SaaS Platforms):
- Initial Deposit: Deposits used to initiate the project and block out time on our calendar are non-refundable.
- Mid-Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled by the Client prior to completion, the Client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of cancellation based on an equitable percentage of the total project. Any surplus payments beyond completed work will be refunded.
- Final Delivery: Once the final milestone is delivered and the code is handed over, no refunds will be issued.
3. Digital Deliverables & Technical Audits
Deliverables such as "Technical Audits", "Due Diligence Reports," and "Architecture Reviews" are considered consumed immediately upon delivery. Due to the irreversible transfer of knowledge and IP, these services are strictly non-refundable once the final report is sent.
4. Notice of Cancellation
To cancel a subscription or project, you must provide notice in writing. Notices can be sent via your dedicated Slack/Discord communication channel or via email to our support contact.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
We kindly request that you contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback will result in immediate suspension of all services, revocation of IP transfer rights, and may result in legal dispute resolution as outlined in our Terms of Service.
